🏠 VILLA GUIDELINES
Check-in is from 15:00 and Check-out is by 11:00.

Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited.
Please avoid sitting on the living room sofa with wet swimwear or clothes.
Glass items are not allowed in or around the swimming pool or jacuzzi.
You’ll find plastic cups and dishes in the kitchen, in the white cupboard near the window.Fire extinguishers are available in every room.
A First Aid kit is located in the kitchen.For safety reasons, all cleaning detergents are stored securely. Please contact us if you need any.
Rubbish bins are located on both sides of the main street.
Pool & jacuzzi maintenance is carried out three times per week in the early morning by a staff member from Lindos Property Management.
Do not climb, sit or jump from the terrace wall into the pool. This is extremely dangerous.
Please remember: You are responsible for your personal health and safety during your stay.
🏊♂️ SWIMMING POOL RULES
Maximum depth: 1.2 meters, shallow end: 1 meter, in accordance with EU safety regulations.
The pool area is gated to prevent unsupervised access by children.
Children may use the pool only under adult supervision.
No diving, running, or food in the pool area.
No jumping or dangerous stunts – enjoy the water safely!
Do not pour shower gel, shampoo, or any other substance into the pool.
The pool filter system is powerful. Avoid contact of long hair with the bottom drain or pump outlet.
Please help us keep the pool clean so all guests can enjoy it!
🌿 GARDEN AREA
Always keep the gate closed. Wild goats roam the Lindos area — and they love to sneak in, eat the plants, and leave a mess!
We recommend wearing shoes when walking on the grass.
You’ll find pots with fresh herbs like oregano, mint, sage, thyme, and basil — feel free to use them in the kitchen!
Be careful around the bougainvillea and cacti — they have sharp thorns.
Garden lights turn on automatically around 8:40 PM.
The irrigation system activates automatically after midnight.
JACUZZI USE

Shower thoroughly before using the jacuzzi.

Maximum occupancy: 4 persons. Please do not exceed this limit.

Do not add any substances (soaps, shampoos, bubble bath, oils, etc.) to the water.

No food or glassware in or near the jacuzzi.
– Use only the plastic dishes provided (in the kitchen, white cupboard near the window). -
After use, please replace the cover to maintain water quality and temperature.
